Atelier Powder takes its name from La Poudre, the French podcast that brings forward the voices of women artists, activists, and intellectuals. Their words became a foundation—an assertion that architecture, like any craft, is a means of constructing new narratives, spaces, and ways of being in the world.
Powder is matter at its most elemental, the raw substance from which structures, ideas, and futures emerge. It evokes origins—the smallest particles that, when gathered with intention, form something greater. Architecture, like society, is built from fragments: individual stories, materials, gestures, and histories that, once assembled, shape meaning and experience. Atelier Powder works with this awareness, crafting spaces that embrace the intimate and the collective, the ephemeral and the enduring, the political and the poetic.
